In the POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE®️ Program, an exclusive app supports your daily practice of beneficial thinking and behaviors – like a personal trainer who reminds and motivates you.

Your time investment?
Approx. 15 min a day, spread over several times of the day, which you can determine yourself. You will receive further inspiring input via a weekly, approx. 1-hour video, which you can also watch at a time of your choice.

The whole thing is supplemented either by individual coaching with me and/or a weekly exchange in the group.
